Delete your Press Jam data
Last updated
Request deletion of your Press Jam game identity and associated data held by Mova Games, Inc. Requests go directly to our privacy inbox.
Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Press Jam — data deletion request”. You do not need to sign in to this website or reinstall the game to contact us. If you still have the game, copy the player code shown in your profile, and include it with your device/OS. If you cannot find the code, tell us and we will discuss other ways to locate the records.
Open a deletion request in your email app →
This opens a draft in your email app. Review and send it to submit the request. We may need additional information to confirm the game identity belongs to you. Never send passwords, tokens or full payment-card details.
What deletion covers
You can request deletion of your game identity and associated cloud save, profile, leaderboard and duel records. Tell us if you want to delete particular data instead of the whole identity. We review the request, verify ownership where needed and tell you when it has been handled or explain any legal reason we cannot fulfill part of it.
Deleting records can permanently remove progress, coins, items and online history. Deletion is not a refund request; Apple or Google handles purchase refunds. We may retain limited transaction, security/fraud or legal records where necessary or required by law. Provider backups and diagnostics may expire through their normal retention processes; we will explain relevant exceptions in our response.
Data on your device
After we confirm deletion, remove the game’s local data using your device’s app-storage controls or uninstall it. A device backup may retain a local copy. Continuing to play or restoring a backup can create a new identity or new records.
Turning off Settings → Data Sharing stops future optional analytics. It does not delete earlier data, cloud saves or crash reports. Uninstalling alone does not send a server-data deletion request.
Questions or requests for a child
A parent, guardian or authorized representative may contact us on a player’s behalf; we may ask for reasonable verification. See our Privacy Policy for data use and rights, or visit Support.
