Terms and privacy

• Terms of Service — the agreement for playing Press Jam and using Mova’s Services.
• Privacy Policy — cloud saves, online profiles, ads, analytics, crash reports and choices.
• Delete your Press Jam data — request deletion without signing in to this website.
• Refund Policy — refunds for in-app purchases and purchases that don’t arrive.
• Cookie Policy — the cookies and browser storage this website uses.

Help with the game

Email [email protected] with “Press Jam” in the subject. Include the issue, game version (in Settings), device/OS and player code if available. A screenshot or level number helps us investigate. Exclude passwords, payment details and sensitive information.

For purchase problems, include the product and a transaction/order reference if available. Apple or Google handles payment and refund requests; see our Refund Policy. Avoid clearing local data while we investigate lost progress; an anonymous installation may be difficult to recover after it is removed.

Privacy choices

Optional gameplay analytics can be changed in Settings → Data Sharing. Website analytics can be changed with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Apple’s tracking and notification permissions are managed separately in device settings.
