Refund Policy

How refunds work for in-app purchases in games by Mova Games, Inc. (“Mova”, “we”, “us”), including Press Jam.

Who handles your payment

We don’t sell anything on this website. Purchases in our games are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google charges you, issues your receipt and decides refund requests under its own policies. We never receive your payment card details.

Asking for a refund

If a purchase doesn’t arrive

If you were charged but didn’t receive your item, first restart the game while connected to the internet and signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. If that doesn’t fix it, email [email protected] with the product, the purchase date and the order or transaction reference from your receipt, plus your player code if you have it. We’ll check the purchase and deliver the item if it was paid for and not delivered.

Please don’t clear the game’s data while we look into it; it can make an anonymous game identity harder to recover. Never send us your password or full card details.

Virtual items after a refund

Virtual items and in-game currency have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money, as our Terms of Service explain. If Apple or Google refunds a purchase, we may remove the items or currency it delivered. Requesting deletion of your game data isn’t a refund request.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Depending on your country, you may have a right to cancel a digital purchase before its delivery begins, or to a remedy if digital content is faulty or not as described. Apple and Google explain at checkout and in their terms how such rights apply to purchases through their stores.
